I'm not sure what other commentators are raving about. This is a BUS TERMINAL. It's small compared to the size of the city and buses serve cities in Ontario, Quebec and a few neighbouring US states. There are also a few commuter buses arriving in the morning and leaving around 5 pm.
Do not expect any frills, but there's a waiting area with chairs, a small food counter, a newsstand and a rarely open tourist kiosk. It's clean and well positioned within Toronto downtown area, so no need to shuttle, if you just want to visit the city. For the bus schedule and prices, contact Coach Canada, Greyhound and Megabus.
