Beautiful creek and beach. Very scenic and beautiful

Wish I came when the museum and touring was open but it closes at 4pm :/. It’s okay though because they had many signs around the property which gave a lot of interesting information about the Roosevelts. You can go on the porch of the house and relax in rocking chairs and benches. There’s also a nature trail which takes you down to the oyster bays and beach. A relaxing, beautiful, and great experience, next time I would definitely do the tour for the museum and house !

Well maintained and nicely made.

Run down and practically abandoned. There are a lot of ticks. The good thing is that the trails are long and relaxing. Even the parts like the abandoned clubhouse and tennis courts are cool to be around, with nostalgic feelings when you’re there.
