Fantastic trail. Just about 3 miles each way. Beautiful scenery changes from forest to farmland and back to forest along a nice creek.

Met at the front door with a smile by Carlos and quickly seated. We shared a beet salad and enjoyed the bread. We each had a risotto, I had the seafood and my companion had the filet Mignon risotto. Had a delicious flan to cap it off!

This is a beautiful hiking trail shared by bike riders and walkers. There were a lot of people on the trail. It was a cool day in late March. I would not want to do this walk in summer! About a mile in there is actually water in the creek and a place to swim and play in the water. I picked up three plastic bottles people had left behind and deposited them in the waste containers at the front of the park.
Sadly, vandals have spray painted gibberish over the beautiful rock faces on the large rock walls. This is nature - public space - vandalism should be prosecuted. I am not sure how the paint can be removed from this porous rock - but it’s sad to see such disrespect for nature and for our fellow humans.

Really fun market and not too crowded. We found an Italian purveyor of vinyl, Marvel T shirts and other cool stuff. Great art shops, obviously good food market. We spent about 2 hours wandering around!

Excellent service and delicious espresso, green tea with mint and Portuguese pastries! We will be back tomorrow!
