What a pleasant way to spend an afternoon. The museum has a combination of live animal exhibits along with informative displays. Some of the enclosures for the live animals could be improved. Grounds are lovely. Cafe Josephine is a great place to grab a coffee and a snack.
Food was okay but we didn’t expect to be buying cold dim sum! Ugh. Took it home and steamed it. At least it was edible hot.
Current exhibition focuses on Me Too movement in Taiwan. There’s also an LGBTQ exhibit. The building itself is interesting. Built in 1921 as a school and later became Taiwan city offices.
