We’ve visited this place after missing our tapas place in Malaga where we spent our holiday around last Christmas. The price is reasonable and the taste is super authentic. Clara u feel a bit less lemon but still good and sangria was tasty as well😍
Your system is so wrong.
I got an alterations service while purchasing a jean here, and I never received a mail or message update. They didn’t forget to send promotion emails to make me spend more money, but the only thing i asked for- the news of my alterations didn’t arrive.
We kept calling you but no one answered, so I managed to visit again and and i went to the ‘caisse’ but no one was there. We asked one of worker there what to do, and he said to go back to the initial caisse to ask. There was a finally lady there who said it is not her domain so she doesn’t know so ask another colleague. I asked another person and she said i should talk to another colleague. In the end. I managed to talk to the worker of the brand that i purchased the Jean, and she finally gave us the jean, saying that she also never gets as news as a customer.
I thought that you are less crowded than the one in the centre of Paris, and liked the interior design, but your management and system is just awful. I don’t know how i can call you ‘department store’, it is less unprofessional than a small local clothing store in my town.
