One could visit this place if already in the vicinity.
50rs adult n kids 30rs tickets.
This place hosts fishes in cement fish tanks and various aviary and mammal animals.
Two fish ponds that allow you to feed fishes with purchased food pellets.
The most enjoyable part for kids was the netted 'skywalk'.
The whole park takes an hour with 30mins of walking to cover.

It's opposite to Byculla railway station but one has to walk under a flyover to get here.
Cash tickets was way faster and hassle free than through UPI as it needed name, email and phone number. Why does a zoo need all this info.
Saw a solitary 🐘 and other animals.
Some exhibitions have a 21st century makeover and modernization. Appreciated the efforts. Especially the crocodile habitat. However it needed more than 2-3 crocodiles.
Penguins are still a good watch for kids.
Lions were a no show.
Hippos need modern housing.
Food court is nice. Clean washrooms.

Spotted atleast 4 different species of birds here. Infra needs upkeep. A lot of trees and branches have come into the walkway after the storms. Was saddened by plastic garbage spread on the brink of the lake.
Some garbage burning at the end of the walkway.

Cons: Delays and non transparency in construction plan. Dread and anxiety of completion. Losing expectations of quality and amenities promised -based on the banglore project.
Pros: As of now, it doesn't seem the builder is just trying to make a quick buck. At times there is genuine effort seen to expedite completion.
Location is good for this project.
