SUPER RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
My mom and I went for a massage today, the ladies were very pushy trying to get us to get get other things (coconut oil, hot stone, etc). She also kept stepping out having conversations with the other lady. At the end when I tried to pay, she told me that I needed to pay 20% tip, I told her that they never made me aware of that before starting. I then offered to give her a tip of the amount I chose and she declined and told me to mind as well not give her anything.
