My first experience with this type of food. I really wanted to try the "staple" beef patty. The store didn't have any. We arrived there at 3pm. So we ordered oxtail, spinach rice, and sweet chili chicken. Our drink was sorrel ginger. The rice and drink was very tasty. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the entrees. The oxtail was on the salty side and I wasn't expecting the gummy texture. The chicken had the potential of being delicious however the skin was tough, kind of like leftover fried chicken. It was all dark meat. The meals came with plantain but I definitely don't think it was worth $45 (for 2 people)
