pretty much everything here tasty, simple, and good. XLBs have a nice thin skin and delicious soup. i really like the pan fried mini buns (although I wish they had the type with the normal XLB filling inside instead of the brown soy/scallion filling).

excellent egg tarts. would recommend just picking up a quick takeaway egg tart if you're in the area (e.g. on your way back from kam's roast) instead of eating in.
went once at around 4.30 and they were sold out, so come during the daytime.
service is kinda awful, one of the waiters wasn’t helpful when I requested for chopstick to eat my instant noodles and I could tell he was frustrated.
