Pretty much for locals. It is very crowded every day because of the passport office in the shopping center. Useful if you're looking for sports clothing

Pretty bad experience. We used to like this restaurant. The order notes were all messed up by the waiter/cashier (they made the mistake) they offer to make it ok for us for a fee (really?). Paid the bill and left the cold and incorrect food they served. Not even an apology. They really need a review on their personnel.

If you are Mexican or Mexican-American then you might enjoy this type of environment (I'm Mexican but don't enjoy that). Where you are literally walking shoulder to shoulder with everybody and you have tons of different smells (good and BAD).
To me there's too much chaos and rarely any actual savings and aside of the food 95% of everything you'll find here is made in China but over-priced. So, do your math.
For example I asked for the price on swimsuit made in China of course (second hand) and it was $180 mx,vI found a swimsuit for $150 mx (New) in Liverpool made in the US. So is up to you.

This is a very nice shopping mall. The only set back about it was that are a lot of empty spaces seems like many businesses are out.
