Cut was ok. But at $40 + 7 tip, a bit expensive for a basic cut.

Pretty good, modern and comfy hotel. Very easy to get in and out of. The remodeled lobby and rooms are really great.
The cafe/bar/coffee bar are pretty good too. One small thing … was the price for a teeny tiny portion of cooked oatmeal in the morning. $10 (that includes tax) for really, a tiny little portion of oatmeal. Like make 5 spoonfuls and it was done. Management: might want to check portion sizes. Otherwise, everyone was friendly and professional.
