Since the start of this tower; elevators are very confusing and little signage to guide the visitor. Reception staff are helpful; but the process is somehow lost in between: they take your ID , which is not a legal method : nobody should keep your ID, they should take your information and return the card. They don’t even give you a reference card: and they open the door by themselves: which is odd
