Good food at a fair price on a pre-theatre menu this week. The decent tomato starter could have been even better with some (more) olive oil. The fries were very good, the steak was a little tough. The greens were good but £6 feels like a lot for cabbage. Service was friendly and efficient. The noise started off as borderline and became quite unpleasant by 7pm. The tables are closely packed and there are no soft surfaces in the basement room, which is probably why. Perhaps it would be worth investing in some acoustic panels
Interesting small museum about the history of medicine, particularly in Gothenburg and Sweden. The entrance on the street is not especially obvious, but the opening hours online are correct.

Most of the large boards had English translations in a smaller font. They were somewhat clunkily written in the present tense. The displays of artefacts did not have English translations and the audio and video were in Swedish only.

As the entrance price is a modest SEK 50, it's worth a visit if you're interested in medical / health matters.

Great food, paticularly the scrambled eggs on toast, croissant and cherry jam. I'd skip the coffee next time - it was fine, but not the best. Friendly service. Worth booking in advance, as it was fairly busy, even on a Thursday morning. I'll be buying more jam next time!
