Fab landmark of Malaga, great at any time of day or night, beautifully lit up during the night. Most of the finds from the theatre are in Museum of Malaga, or incorporated by the Moors into the walls of Alcazaba.

Absolutely loved this museum - a hybrid between an archeology museum & an art gallery, housed in a beautiful palazzo. Great cross section of ancient Roman finds, with some unique pieces, including gold plated letters and punctuation marks that graced those dedications cut into marble that we are so used to. Beautiful pool mosaic floor of Birth of Venus in one of the rooms. Phoenicians section is one of the most comprehensive I have seen outside capital city museums. Don't miss section off the ground floor courtyard with draws you can open with even more treasures.

I love this place, sitting outside, facing a sweet square, people watching, cosy tables and chairs, fresh flowers on the tables. Great caring service from all staff, freshest oysters (on the day minimum 6 types available, few types of French, Irish, even Dutch). Herring on toast with beetroot, pickled onion and cucumber, a thing of beauty. Muscles with lovage & leek w touch of cumin & turmeric, just yum, with fresh crusty baguette. Perfect stop after adventures at Amsterdam gem that is Albert Cuypmarkt market (not to be missed on a trip to Amsterdam).

Love this wonderful neighbourhood market. Mushrooms store to die for, several butchers, fishmonger, fermented goods store is a must (the best keffir water and kimchi). Soup broths, fresh juices and even creams from stall called Brothel, hot chicken or beef broths poured into glass half or litre bottles, as good as my mum's. Few bakery stores, an OK fruit & veg store and tea & coffee, to name just a few.
