Had a really nice lunch. Healthy and tasty salad options. Not busy so not crazy noisy. Would definitely go back.
Great selection, especially in produce. Lots of excellent private label items, much like Trader Joe’s. Quite a few are healthy. Far better than Stop & Shop and Star Market. The prices seem reasonable but I always end up spending at least $100 and I live by myself.
Great outdoor seating and even better food. Sea bass was perfectly cooked, escargot was amazing, and no complaints about the tomato salad. Red velvet cake looked better than it tasted, but I was stuffed at that point anyway. Made up for it by ordering profiteroles and gelato.
Friendly staff and a nice looking restaurant, so why is it empty? Perhaps because the food just isn’t that good. Had salmon which came wrapped in paper that was rather bland, sitting on top of a bunch of mushy, unidentifiable vegetables. We started with hummus and eggplant and a couple of other appetizers, none of which were special. The pita was damp, as if it had been sitting in a steamer. We shared three desserts, which were again far more attractive than tasty.
Very tasty custom bowl, but portion size is lacking, with the bowl maybe a bit over half full. They left out the dressing I requested, too. In between the lame music and their extremely loud kitchen staff, it is not a pleasant experience to eat in the restaurant.
