This is a strip mall eatery that caters to neighborhood lunch and dinner crowd. So far I have tried their noodle salad and grilled pork Bánh mi. Both are excellent choices. A friend ordered phó which to her just average.

First time dropping by this Indian market. The second one within Eden Prairie central area. They seem to have quite a comprehensive Indian cooking spices. The part that's annoying is no price stickers. You find out at the cash register.

Beautiful and picturesque course. I got started in golf from here. It's quite a distance to get here if you live on the Minneapolis side. As for the course most players prefer to rent cart because of the challenging terrain. I took it as a challenge walking the full 18 holes. The only time I made the exception is on a 90+ summer day.
