This is my first time trying Pilates, the experience here at Hiit Pilates has made me decided to keep coming back for more classes. The instructor Cam, she is soo lovely and she has her own way of engaging everyone in the class and she's always so supportive and offer different modifications on the poses which are just right for you! I would recommend beginners to start out on stretch class and you will love it!
