First time visiting the airport. Transfer flight from domestic to international and we were in terminal 1. I was shocked at the level of service and how organized the teams at the airport was. It was by far the most seamless experience I have ever had at any airport. The only other airport that works in this manner would be the one in Singapore.
However only 1 are la that needs improvement and it was the area where you are screened and your items are checked. An advise / suggestion would be to have an instructional video and board placed on what we need to remove and place in the baskets along with what is recommended to be done. This will speed up the process and also cause less stress on passengers and the ground staff alike.
Two thumbs up and I have definitely decided to only use this airport for transit going forward. Thank you to the entire team on the ground as you have outdone yourself compared to Delhi, Bombay, Goa & Chennai airports.

A Delightful Vegetarian Culinary Journey at Supriya, Pune
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Supriya, a fantastic vegetarian restaurant in Pune, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance exuded warmth and rustic vintage charm, setting the stage for a delightful breakfast experience.
To start my meal, I opted for the cheese toast, and it was a heavenly combination of crispy bread and gooey, melted cheese that left me craving for more. The vadas were perfectly seasoned and had a wonderful crispy texture, making them a delightful appetizer choice.
The beetroot cutlet was a revelation! The delicate blend of flavors and the slight sweetness of the beetroot made it a standout dish, and I was impressed by how well it complemented the other dishes.
For the sweet dish, I decided to try the semolina-based dessert, and it was simply divine. The dessert had a delightful balance of sweetness and a pleasant nutty flavor, making it a perfect ending to my meal.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Anuradhapura Delights, a restaurant located in Anuradhapura. The experience left me with a delightful impression of the restaurant's cuisine, especially its emphasis on freshness and flavor. The server was stand out too and kept refilling my water without being asked, this was the topper on the cake for me.
The chick fried rice dish was expertly prepared, with each grain of rice perfectly cooked and infused with an array of flavors. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, blending seamlessly with the vibrant vegetables. The combination of ingredients created a mouthwatering symphony of tastes that left me craving for more.
Another standout dish was the devilled chicken. The chicken was cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and succulent meat. The spicy sauce provided a delightful kick, balanced by the sweetness of the caramelized onions and bell peppers. The flavors were bold and harmonious, showcasing the culinary expertise of the restaurant's chefs.
I also had the pleasure of indulging in the hot butter cuttlefish. The dish was a true delight, with tender and perfectly cooked cuttlefish coated in a rich, buttery sauce. The hint of spice added an extra layer of complexity to the dish, making it a delectable treat for the taste buds.
To complement my meal, I ordered the Tom Yum soup, and it did not disappoint. The soup had a fragrant aroma that hinted at the robust flavors to come. The combination of lemongrass, lime, and Thai spices created a tangy and aromatic broth. The addition of succulent shrimp and fresh vegetables made it a satisfying and comforting choice.
While it may be slightly on the more expensive side, the quality of the food justifies the price. The freshness of the ingredients and the skillful execution of each dish make it a worthwhile culinary experience. The attentive and friendly staff further added to the overall positive dining experience.
In conclusion, it is a restaurant that truly lives up to its name. From the flavorful chicken fried rice to the tantalizing devilled chicken, hot butter cuttlefish, and Tom Yum soup, the restaurant offers a delightful array of dishes. Although slightly pricier, the quality and taste of the food make it a worthwhile choice for those seeking a memorable culinary experience in Anuradhapura.

Cozy little bistro located at Crescat.
Panini 4/5
Coffee 3/5
Ambience 4/5
Price point 2.5/5
Overall the food tasted good and the coffee was not bad. The Panini we had was tasty and made fresh. Small set back was that most of the items are not priced and you have to keep asking them what the price is for what, specially cakes and the panini's. Recommend the management to have a proper price list for all items so customers can compare and choose what they would like to have.

Nothing but the best till date. New craving satisfied, lemon tarts. Drop in and grab a few as 1 won't do justice to it. The chicken puffs are still mind blowing and to top it off he now has sourdough buns and foccasia buns. Make it a point to eat here everytime I am down to Pune.
