Walked in just now with a strange blend request 80% decaf, 20% caf and a splash of hot chocolate Beth immediately said "Yes we can make that happen" that is customer service at its finest. The other two Baristas Duncan and Kaylan(sorry for misspelling) were also energetic and helpful as well and the coffee was phenomenal. This great team is what makes this location a success! Cheers and whenever I'm back I will def stop by 👍

From moment I got in and looked at the beer selection I was hooked and the great service being able to communicate with the manager as if he was just one of the workers amazing. Food was phenomenal normally I don't eat burgers but their burger was exceptional. Definitely a great vibe, cozy setup, "I'll be back"!

Every minute that I called this location and spoke to Albert I got all the questions I needed answered. You would spend hours with me and then he would call back if I'm request as well. Amazing center! Great help. Made my trip enjoyable. Perfect resource for anyone that's looking for good information to get in and around Quebec City. I cannot emphasize enough how much patience he had to help me with all my questions and needs. He went above and beyond. I would give him a raise!!! Thank you Albert for making our stay amazing!!
