Haven't seen them since February because of their high cost but they have the gall to continue charging me monthly for 'administrative costs'. Still waiting to hear back on how they're going to resolve this.
Took alot for me to pay the high cost to be able to seek mental help and now I'm further stressed at how I'm being charged for an unnecessary cost when I haven't visited for so long. Now I'll think twice about it.
