I decided to try this place out for a quick lunch when on my way back from the GO station.

I was impressed with their selection of Lunch Specials, but ultimately decided to go with my 3 favourite classic rolls. Which were:

Spicy Salmon Roll
Dragon Roll
Yam Tempura Roll

I called ahead and placed an order and they told me it would take about 20min.

When I arrived, I saw that they offered a cash discount for 10% off. When I inquired, they told me that the discount only applies if you buy their loyalty card.
This is the first time I've heard about purchasing a loyalty card, but anyway I decided to opt out of that as this was my first time here and I wasn't sure if I would become a regular here yet.

My total bill came out to $27 which is a tad on the pricey side, but I was willing to give it a go, especially based on their great reviews.

They food it self was pretty good. The quantity was great, but the quality wasn't amazing, mainly for the Yam Tempura roll. Overall, I did enjoy my food, but I don't think this will be my new regular spot.

Side Note: They do accept Credit, but they don't accept AMEX

I really great first time experience!
Walking through Toy Story Land is such a cool experience. Disney really puts so much thought into every single detail.

This land is pretty geared towards younger kids, so you won't find many high intensity rides here.

I really enjoyed the Alien Swirling Saucers ride & the Slinky Dog Dash Roller Coaster while I was here.

It's definitely visually stimulating!
I came here for the first time during TIFF19 for a screening and was surprised at how large the theatre was, but disappointed to see how small the screen was. While I can understand that this theatre might be used for live performances more often, it's still a little frustrating so see a smaller screen when you're excited to see a film.

The washrooms are located in the basement of this building and a actually pretty small. I really wish they would add a few more stalls, because there's definitely enough space to do so.
After years, I finally made my way back to Tangerine.
I've always been a fan of their food especially their great selection of vegetarian dishes.

We ordered:
- Manchurian Veggie Balls ( one of their most popular dishes )
- Veggie Hakka Noodles
- Veggie Fried Rice
- Chilli Chicken
- Orange Chicken

I was a little disappointed to see the Noodle and Rice Dishes come in half-size containers, but once I poured them out into serving dishes, the portions were pretty good. Everything was delicious, except for the Orange Chicken, it just tasted sweet with a few orange slices placed on top.

I also really liked they I could request all the items to be spicy or not spicy.

Our total came out to around $55

Pro Tip, they offer a 10% off discount if you pay cash.
This place was just okkkk.
I came here on a Sunday afternoon at 12pm and it was absolutely empty.
At first when we walked in, it looked like a cute little spot for brunch but it ended up being just an average experience.
Atmosphere was not so great, they have floor to ceiling windows but they are all covered by the large window advertisements which blocks out the sun. There is also no AC in this restaurant, so if you come in on a warm day, be prepared to sit in the heat ( it pretty much feels like you're in India )
We read online that they take a while to prepare food, and after browsing the menu, it was written that the reason they take so long is because they use fresh ingredients.

We ordered the Paani Puri, Samosa Chaat & Tikki Chaat to start.
Paani Puri - the paani was really tasty and they increased the amount of puris they give you from 6 to 8 now.

Samosa Chaat - just ok, the picture on the menu shows it comes with dahi & chutneys but it actually came with chana

Tikki Chaat - This one was pretty tasty, it was two large aloo tikies with a side of chana.

For Mains we ordered:

Mixed Amritsari Kulcha - this was really tasty! it was well stuffed and came with a dry aloo subji which we requested ( originally comes with chana )

Aloo Amritsari Kulcha - this was well stuffed and was a good portion. It also came with chana

Channa Bhatura - The Channa was just ok and the Bhatura was not good at all. it was dry, tasteless and overall just a bad situation

Almost all the dishes came with Gajar ka Achar ( pickled carrot ) but there was no achar flavour on them, they were simply flimsy carrots with no taste. Lastly, the onions served on the side were covered in imli ki chutney sauce ( sweet tamarind sauce ) which is something I've never seen before. It was not a great combo

The Mango Lassi was also pretty tasty.

Overall the food was just ok, service was friendly but very slow and the atmosphere was not the greatest. Doubtful I would come back.
