Horrible experience. My flight was delayed, and when trying to resolve a connection issue, counter agent Tiffany, in Philadelphia, was quite rude. Passengers don't appreciate being talked down to by counter people with attitudes. I'll be flying the competition from now on, thanks to Tiffany.
