This is a fun, paved trail that is a great walking experience. I went on a gloomy day, and there was light traffic, but I imagine it's heavily trafficked on good weather days. There is free parking on the main street area entrance.
I was lucky enough to randomly find this historic park on the map while searching for things to do in the area. This is a fun historic park to visit. It's $10 for one visit, but entrance is free with the "America The Beautiful" pass. There is a beautiful ravine trail that was a fun and easy hike. I definitely recommend visiting!
I came here for an early dinner with a friend and we came with high expectations. These expectations were not met. The service and atmosphere were incredible, but the food was a disappointment. We got the black bean veggie noodles, but they were extremely salty. The tuna ceviche was good but again, too salty. We finished with the Korean fried cauliflower steam buns, which were too salty. I would like to try again, but too much salt is a red flag for me.
This was a fun hiking area with a ton of different trails for beginners to advanced hikers. A lot of the trails are heavy with rock structures that you have to climb, so it's important to wear appropriate shoes. There are multiple free parking lots with a plethora of spots available for use. For some parts of the trails, we had to cross a main street, and even though there's a pedestrian crossing sign, barely anyone stopped.
I came here with a friend for dinner and we both enjoyed our meal. I got the Juliet Royale - it's a play on the Kir Royale, and it was the perfect drink for a summer night! We got the mushrooms, mussels, and juliet salad. Everything was delicious! They perfectly marinated the mushrooms - I LOVED THEM SO MUCH!!!!
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly so I would return.
