Most important is fill out your waiver ahead of time, you can't do anything else before that. My only complaint was no lockers or storage cubbies so if you're taking your phone in you need a zipped pocket or lanyard maybe. My husband lost his baseball cap 3 times going down so secure those as well. OVERALL probably the most fun thing we have done in a while as a family. The lines weren't too long so we had several rides down the slopes. During the week would probably be the best time for locals to visit. The snow play area was small but nice for toddlers to play in.

Bus transportation from our hotel was very organized and comfortable. The driver was very polite and welcoming! We arrived at the location on time and was directed properly and informed clearly for our return instructions. We were issued our armbands on the bus because we purchased the excursion at our hotel. This was a great idea! We went during the week, don’t know if that made a difference. We didn’t have problems getting lockers, but the restaurant breakfast line got crowded quickly so we were sent to another location. The food was well stocked and tasted perfect. The activity area water was dark and crowded but once you got to the open snorkeling area, the water was beautiful! My family had an awesome visit yet again. I’m sure this will not be our last time.
