Overpriced for just parking, but no other options.

Boat ramp is of high quality, bit cleanliness let's it down.
Clear path near ramps to beach is needed to allow easy access for people to recover and launch boats/skis

For what service is provided it is pretty ordinary. Security aren't much help if you have an issue. Over priced. For the profit they are making it could be a lot better.
