Bizzare customer service from check out assistant today. My 29 Year Old sister was served by an adult female sales assistant after purchasing basic groceries and a bottle of WKD. The female sales assistant proceeded to laugh at us throughout the transaction then I.D us for a bottle of WKD.
Staff member completely unhelpful. This Costcutter is registered under Collect+ and clearly states "No printer? No problem - click the 'download barcode' button below to download a barcode.Take the barcode to a Collect+ store, the cashier will scan it and print a returns label for you" The staff member kept telling me that she couldn't do anything and that I would need to print it. I don't have a printer at home so I found this particularly frustrating. Waste of my time!
