We got seated at 9:40, when our reservation was at 9pm. Around 9:30 i asked the hostess what’s going on and that we would rather leave, she answers “not everyone in your group (of 10) showed up at 9pm”..
Food and atmosphere were great, good music in the background and a pleasant design of the hall were the only positives however.
When we got seated, 2 other tables did so as well and for that I don’t blame our waitress for a slow service start, but when i see two managers just walking around watching without providing any help, I could assume a young management in need of far more experience than putting on a matching shirt and supervising.

We’ve been the Montreal branch, found it better than Laval. Service is only okay, I mean from
the welcoming to the availability of our table sharp at the time of reservation.. food is always very good in both branches, order from what they have on the special menu for the night, often you will be satisfied and its always good to twist the menu and add new things. No problem for the prices very reasonable for this very high quality of pizza.

2nd time here, same good food quality, very rich in flavors. A mist try is definitely the Muhammara, one of the best I ever had. Fried kebbeh very nice too. All plates presentation as rich as their flavors. Please never leave without trying their pistachio Knefe. A well deserved 5star review. Ideal for family and friends brunch/lunch.
