GRATUITY IS NOT A COMPULSION. ITS OUR CHOICE..!!! No respect to the customers. It is minimum basic sense to greet the customers when someone arrives. We wanted to avoid gratuity by splitting our group into two groups. It is our choice. Owner started saying that loudly again and again to their workers that we are splitting into two groups to avoid gratuity and are not respecting them. How come a restaurant do such drama before even we had a seat right after we walk in. Its our choice how to sit, they cannot insist us, and degrade us like that, leaving us no other option but leave. If we like the service, there is an option to tip at the end. Even that is our choice. Insane. I know mutton biryani is famous here, its not just taste is important even service matters..!!! We just came to eat peacefully, not to have words like that. There was at least not even single person out there on a typical on Saturday evening. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY OPTION, there are many awesome restaurants out there.
