Lauren, the waitress, is the rudest server I have ever had. Brought my dogs there as I do weekly in downtown Winter Garden. They are very well behaved. I sat outside under the canopy cover which has ceiling fans due to it being sunny and hot.
After food came I politely asked for a bowl of water for my dogs. Lauren said she was going to bring them water but I should not be sitting in the area that was covered, rather in the outside area on the street that has an umbrella but still in the sun with no fans.
A week earlier I sat out there as she asked me as several tables were occupied in the covered area. I totally understood that and had zero issues with her request.
Today I made it a point to get there right at 11:30 AM when they open so I could beat the lunch crowd. There wasn't one person out there and three tables with a total of ten chairs that were on the other side far from my dogs. Basically, I sat near a two top table but no other tables were affected.
I still was going to tip but she never brought water and her attitude got worse. When I got home all my dogs were dehydrated and lethargic even though I had air in car at lowest setting. Luckily they drank a lot of water here at home and seem ok.
Sad as I have eaten there frequently and the other wait staff have always been wonderful.
In conclusion, food is pretty good, service usually good but Lauren is awful
