Cree Putney

Everytime we vacation on the Big Island, we love to visit this special beach. It is one of the best places to see turtles! There was a heiau (temple) on the beach, so there is lots of history. There is a sandy white beach is off the beaten path, and worth any extra effort to get there. Its seclusion means crowds are non-existent, especially during COVID times, and marine life abounds. If the water is calm there might be some good snorkeling here. The beach itself is a nice crescent shape.
