Have been a customer at Porsche Lauzon for 10 years +. Recently took my classic there for oil change, 2 door alignments + engine tune up after winter storage. After 5 weeks I had to chase them down as the service rep had quit, Antonio took over and and then he left for holiday and didn’t get back to me until I have had the car there for 8 weeks. Only half of the job had been finished as they had dropped the ball between the two service reps, Antonio said he would do something for me as it was clearly their fault, haven’t heard anything in 3 weeks now. I would never service my cars here again, there is plenty of much better options in Montreal for classic cars.
