Likely the worst customer experience I've ever had to endure. The inability of the staff to clearly communicate (or even communicate at all) is honestly astonishing. Took me well over 8 months to get a solution for a warranty claim, now just praying the repair I had to pay for is actually worth something. In that time, their staff changed so many times that no one knew anything, although that didn't stop them from being the most arrogant know-it-alls. The cherry on top is them not having someone able to handle warranty claims in the store despite me communicating the date & time for picking up the repaired bag in advance (twice).
I used to like the store because it offers some of my favorite brands, but thank heavens they're not the only source for those, because the customer service has always been poor, but now it's abysmal. No wonder it's in the state that it is. Will avoid at all costs going into the future.

One of my favorite places that have popped up in 2022. Continuously improving the gallery experience with every new exhibition. I also appreciate various member-focused events targeting everyone from students, families, and art nerds such as myself. The renovated space of the Zenger Transformer Station alone is worth a visit.
