Really disappointed with my first experience here. I made sure to book an appointment a couple of days in advance but when I showed up was made to wait 25 minutes. First, she cut my nails shorter than I asked for, then I had to end up paying extra just to have my cuticles pushed back before she put on the bio gel and then the colour she applied was a super patchy job! Not to mention it took her 1 hour and 10 minutes to finish.
I was in a rush to pay and leave because of how long the appointment had taken so I didn’t realise just how bad it was until I got home. Really disappointed that I had to pay $80 before tax for this mess!! (Unfortunately the picture doesn’t capture how patchy the colour is)
