This is a fair and honest review of the nail salon: it lack hygiene and the service was not performed in full and lacked quality.

I had a pedicure and the service was not performed in full. She did not apply nail polish because she said she did not have enough time as another client walked in. Bad time management.

The salon and the tools they use are dirty as shown in the pictures.

The management was very hostile and rude.

Maison Noura is not what it used to be.
I first went to Maison Noura in 2019 where I had the best experience.

I went back in 2022 and was so disappointed with the quality of food… the waraq 3enab were so solid and had a weird taste… it was not fresh at all as if it came out of a can.

The hummus was nice.

The lamb confit: the meat was very tender however the taste of the dish was not enjoyable. However it did not taste Lebanese at all. The dish did not look tasteful at all and you would think this is a “Maison”.

Service: the waiters were really welcoming sweet. I hope this little positive thing about it won’t change.

However there were flies…the bathroom was dirty too.

I would be happy to go back if the food gets better, otherwise it is not worth it and Noura next door does the job!
