Service and amenities are quite average. In a spa you shouldnt have to ask for lotion and towels. The massage itself is also highly average, and for the price they charge the experience is not worth it at all.
Also feedback to the establishment, please provide proper towels instead of a disposable rag to cleanup with after the massage.
