The restrooms are usually clean and in good condition. The park is well maintained and also quite busy. The walking/bike path that borders the park make this a great place to meet for group events.

The Elks Banquet Hall is a nicely maintained facility. The hall was clean and in good working order. The room was arranged for comfortable seating with room to mingle. The tables and chairs were also in very good condition. The bar area was well stocked and conveniently located adjacent to the main hall. The kitchen was organized and neatly arranged. The catered meal was served buffet style and the kitchen arrangment made this very easy. The restrooms were clean and spacious. There is easy wheelchair access from the parking lot. It's a very nice hall for events.

Fundidora park is on the grounds of an old foundry, converted to a beautiful public place. There are plenty of things to do, all day. You can rent a bicycle (or bring your own) and ride the long trail around the park. There is a small lake where pedal-boats can be rented to explore the lake. This is a popular public park and always well-attended. The walk ways are in pretty good condition for walking or biking. This is a great place to relax and spend an afternoon.

Seabright Deli makes some amazing sandwiches. I had the giant dipper and a bowl of chili. I was really pleased with both. The sandwich was really tasty, the meat was piled high and so tender. The roll was soft and crusty. It was served with a side of Au jus for dipping. The chili was rich and meaty, saucy, and robust. I would order these again.
I was disappointed with one thing. The deli closes at 4:00pm. I went to the counter at 3:52 pm to order another sandwich to go. The guy behind the deli counter refused the order, saying we are closed. I'm sure one sandwich doesn't change things for then, but I was not pleased.
