I consider this company a scam! I WOULD GIVE A ZERO STAR REVIEW IF THAT WERE AN OPTION! I opened a NET30 account for my new business and placed an order. I never received an email with my login instructions. So, naturally, I called them and guess what? NOBODY picked up during the hours their website says they're open!
They have an automated system that actually HANGS UP ON THE CALLER, automatically. That's pathetic!!!
Today, I received an email I sent to their support team WEEKS AGO asking for my login so I could pay my invoice. Do I have my login information yet? NOPE! but, I bet this evil company will report my company NEGATIVELY on my credit report though.
This is an EVIL EVIL EVIL company. They won't get my business again!
