Great breakfast and lunch prices. You can play the slot machines while eating. Very comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

The underground parking lot was well lit. Close to the Art Institute.

It was such a pleasure to experience the Bally's Spa. The employees were helpful and pleasant. There was a hot tub. sauna, steam room and lounge to relax in. You pay for this along with the use of the Bally's and Paris pools, when you pay the mandatory resort fee. It's well worth it.
