First time leaving a negative review anywhere. This is for Bagel Box, not Seguine Bagels, which is the ghost kitchen inside of S.B. for delivery. Ordered a hero, but when it gets late, heros are normally sold out, so I said if that's the case, a roll is fine (which costs less), but to replace the price difference with something I put in the order notes, but it wasn't there when delivered. It happened last time too, but that time, the (owner I think) actually made it right. Maybe tonight it was someone else, following the typical "order is out the door, so - out of sight, out of mind, I still get paid the same" mindset.
Very disappointing when I usually have a generally positive food ordering/delivery 'experience' (or whatever you want to call it.)

Decent selection, almost always have the liquor gift sets (the holiday sets that usually come with either- glasses, shot glasses and/or a shaker), and nice variety of "nips" (as most Staten Islanders call them - the 50ml bottles).
