Went to pharmacy to get prescription filled. After it was filled I was informed store didn’t have full prescription. I didn’t want to take it but was told I had to and could come back in a few days to get the rest. Came back and was told my insurance would not go through and I’d have to wait a week. WHY!!?? He put it in as a refill!! I’m going away and wanted to get this taken care of now. Call my insurance and 3 way with pharmacist. He questions me in why I need meds now. None of your business but I tell him. He then gets very rude and tells me after I pick up my prescription “WE ARE DONE.” Now I have to call my doctor and go through hoops just to get what is owed to me. I will not come back. I was treated inappropriately and that pharmacist needs to take a class in customer service!!!!
