I have been a member of this gym for the past 2 years, visited all the locations, and the LA Fitness at Arthur Kill deserves less than 1 star. The front desk staff is always, ALWAYS rude. I think they hate working there, and I can understand why. I would hate it too.
Also:
1. All the step machines broken
2. Machines without pins
3. Most of Treadmills are broken as well
4. Charging annual fee for maintenance and not maintaining any equipment
5. To sign up you can do it right away, and there are 5 people helping you but to cancel your membership be aware!! they will give you a hard time and an ATTITUDE !
