Today, on 2nd of January, 2021, Huge protest was organized by the residents of Bahria Town Rawalpindi - Phase 1 to 8.
They flag march of vehicles started from Statue of Liberty and ended up at Clock Tower through various parts of Phase 8 and 7.
The main Cause of this gathering and protest was recent killing of a 6 year old kid Adil in a robbery attempt.
It is to be mentioned here that in last 12 months and so, there is a sudden increase in robbery n killing incidents in all phases of Bahria. In homes as well as in the shops.
Which is a big Question mark in the performance of Bahria Management and security..
The protest was very peaceful and well organized by MHBT families.
Many women and kids joined the protest along with the placards.
A mutual agreement has been signed by Bahria Management and Residents representative.
