Gordon Allison

A grand sounding name for what is essentially a triangular patch of grass bordering the river. Nice to sit on the benches though and young kids love catching frogs there in season. No facilities there.

Visited during Doors Open Ottawa. Great opportunity to see works of contemporary Canadian art that are not normally on show to the public. Very cool being able to wander around and pull out racks of paintings.
