Be very careful what you book, these people are really sneaky about asking to pay for additional things that are not obligatory. I have received misguiding information several times while trying to reserve a visit and finally ended paying for a 45 minute introduction in Italian I didn't want. It was a very disappointing experience after all and during the process I have been lied to several times. (afterwards the very same people who lied to me claimed they have never told us the things they said).
