Mark welcomed us as soon as we walked into this small museum. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t chat too much as I sometimes dislike tours for that reason. We were free to browse but were in a semi hurry w/ lunch reservations. If you love baseball, it’s worth a stop in and only $12/person though we have the NARM reciprocal membership for free for us.
I think this aquarium needs a complete upgrade, tanks are empty, dirty and cracking which leads to leaking. I know it’s a rescue facility which is amazing but w/ the high costs of admission(adults $36, children $26), parking($15) and overpriced children’s meals(grilled cheese for example, $12) you’d think it would be more exciting even when there aren’t animals that need to be cared for. I am thankful we have a reciprocal membership(definitely worth a spend if you visit different museums and such) as it was 1/2 off w/ that membership but still pricy at the end of the day. I’d most likely skip this one if asked to go again.
