Our visit was connected to a work event, so we have no idea how much it costs, but the dishes were absolutely delicious. I assume we got the authentic experience, since it's organized by people growing up on the island. I'd highly recommend the place.
I was here for a quick lunch stop and had the Dutsch sandwich with roast beef and a latte. The coffee and the food was ok, but the atmosphere was comfy and quiet, and the staff very friendly.
We were a bit early for the crowd, but it seemed like an awesome place for metalheads.
Savory broth with delicious homemade noodles is definitely the highlight, but fried pork and dumplings are also excellent choices of starters. The homemade sesame flavour ice cream is also something visitors shouldn't miss out on. My only complaint is that the place is rather small, and outside seating is also limited. Reservation is definitely recommended.
Nice selection of music with a live DJ. The monkey cocktails are also quite good, though "sparkling monkey" seems to suffer from the after taste of cheap sparkling wine, which got better after you let it air for a bit. Music was a bit loud for conversations, but probably enjoyable if you're in more of a party mood.
