The persons that brought the delivery were extremely rude to me and my wife, and completely ignored the delivery agreement. As per IKEA delivery description, they must deliver all items to my flat door. They left most of the items on the ground floor although we had an elevator. The worst part is the PAX which didn't fit in the elevator, and they didn't want to carry it over the stairs. They ignored our requests to take it up and just left. So I had to carry it all by myself which was extremely challenging due to the weight.
While unloading the items from their truck, they used a huge metal container which made a lot of scratches on the building floor and surroundings because they were too lazy to carry the boxes a few meters toward the elevator. They even left the wrapping of that metal container on the floor.
Just completely unprofessional service. Shame that IKEA uses such companies. Even one star is too much for them.
