Lucas Wall

A wonderful African restaurant on Long Street in downtown Cape Town. Great African atmosphere and food. I had satay crocodile for an appetizer and grilled eland steak for main course. Mom ate Cape Malay curry. We enjoyed all dishes, which were exotic for us Americans.

To top it off, the employees were all friendly and offered great service. A memorable final dinner in South Africa before we fly home tomorrow.

Really nice big public pool. Free for DC residents; $7 for guests. 4 lap lanes, 2 shallower ends, deep center, and separate fenced-in kiddie pool.
