My order came with missing items, so I called them to notify them of this. The person who picked up the call several times insisted that they did not forget anything, and I had to even send them a photo to show what was missing.
After that, they still refused to send the missing items, and told me they could include what was missing in my next order. At this point I was already very stressed by how rudely the situation was being handled, so I communicated them that I am not willing to make another order at this place, and again they insisted they could send the missing items in the next order.
I had to contact the thuisbezorgd customer center to handle this, plus the food is nothing interesting, and the delivery came significantly later than the estimated time.
In the end I did not enjoy the food because I was too stressed by the experience.
