Come from all the way the other side of Berlin to urgently rent cardgames for my friends. Carefully search the condition of renting on the website. All I found is i just need to pop in the store with some cash. When I went in, been ask for additionally ID and Anmeldung paper. Ridiculously no one would carry that such important paper around if have not been informed beforehand. No such condition has been written on the website. Got reject in front of the shop as I did not have ‘Anmeldung’ paper on hand. I understand that they probably need those documents to avoid people from stealing their stuff. I would be ok if they have put these infos on the website so I notice before taking a journey there but this is such disappointment feeling I encountered.
